How do I transfer files from the FTP server automatically to MySQL?

Hello, I have a device that functions as an FTP server. I would like retrieve files from the FTP server automatically and stored in the mySQL database on my computer. Automatically mean that users do not need to load the program or web browser or click the button to transfer to MySQL. For example, if a new additional file to the FTP server, move immediately to the mySQL database. FTP server 1. My ftp server device IP: 10.10.10.10 2. Port: 23 3. User ID: abc 4. Password: fimus 5. FTP server path in the file will be retrieved: the device / events / MySQL 1. Host: 127.0.0.1 2. Port: 3306 2. Username: root 3. Password: admin 4.
