What category of business expense for the cost I use the web (hosting, domains, etc)?

I'm trying to figure out which category expenses that the use of an accounting point of view when it comes to Web expenses such as domain registration, hosting, etc. My bank calls it "public services", I have been using "other expenses" in QuickBooks, I do not like to do! Thanks! (If anyone knows what category to use to arrange controls my bank, which would also help; ^))

There are utilities – you pay every month for a utility service.
