help with video hosting and VPS?

I'm looking to make a website with pay per month, I create a VPS with Linux, these are the specs I 1 GB of RAM 150g hard disk space, 800 GB bandwitch, LXadmin web master, cpannel, direct administration. I'm thinking of buying two of these servers. But I need to stream videos with DivX. I need help configuring it to steam videos. I will also buy web hosting space with 15000 MB of disk space and bandwidth 80000mb. isit possible to hold all my videos on my VPS and letting displayed on my web hosting space, since I'm going to have plenty of quality videos at about 700MB dvix each or more, do you think this plan will work well. IM only 15 I need help with my ideas. if you know where to host videos for free then tell me please, I want you to be of good quality if not where I can give videos a good price, please inform me please, can you provide links for me
