Cloud computing is for each person per day

Cloud computing offers new opportunities for businesses and for any particular person, the solution of their tasks. The current series of articles that have a goal to prove that anyone can use the almost unlimited resources for exactly the price of using of these resources. I do not need Bugatti Veyron Grand Sport to reach the nearest supermarket or even to work (although I'd like driving a car to my work several times), so I have a car a little easier. Of course you can not make such Grand Sport of my car for a couple of hours, and pay for these hours only. But I can use the resources cloud for a couple of hours and pay for these hours only.

Let's return to earth. I have a small project. The project is to make a site. There is no problem for create a site in Visual Studio. It has been necessary – it's done. Then it's time to load and display a customer.
– Where is your host, Mr. Customer?

– Will you be ready for release time?! However, the release time is a time for a commercial version, not the beta!

So I need an accommodation for a short period …. What could I do?! – I'm asking and looking pensively out the window. There is a cloud in the window. Of course! It solves the problem!

I do not think my case is extra-ordinary. Following is a series of steps to address this task through Amazon EC2.

1. Getting a site ready
2. Get a tool (eg EC2Studio Add-in)
3. Collects credentials of Amazon's EC2 Cloud
4. Implement site:
5. Add the permissions on the security group
6. Search AMI necessary IIS
7. Launch
8. Generating Key Pairs file if necessary
9. Get an administrator password
10. Starting a console
11. Copy files there

Check the result: 15 minutes later.

– I like both. By the way, the site is in the cloud now.

– Yes, our company is well advanced in the use of new technologies. It's our way of solving problems.

Each problem leads to a good solution. Every cloud has a silver lining.
