Cheap, but good web hosting for Drupal (perhaps)?

I need a website of this online magazine, probably shop a lot, and we suck coding … so I need a CMS line as Drupal, to help us. We are on a limited budget. I hear there's free hosting for there, and you only have to pay for the domain name costs $ 6/year. Anybody know the names of reliable hosts that fit this description – or close to this description? $ 13/month is too expensive. As I said I'm looking in the range of $ 6/year. Why do I need that many fields, if I am only creating a website?
